Apprenticeship Fair 2023, opening eyes to electrical careers

The Electrical Academy took part in the Apprenticeship Fair 2023 held at Maidstone Leisure Centre, Mote Park. It was a strong day speaking to young people about their future careers and showing what the electrical industry can offer.

Why early conversations matter

For many, the electrical trade is not fully understood until they speak to someone doing the work, or training for it. Apprenticeships offer a structured route into the industry, combining paid employment with technical training and practical development.

Looking ahead

It was encouraging to see a diverse group of people interested in construction and electrical work. We look forward to welcoming many back to The Electrical Academy as they take the next step towards apprenticeship training and hands-on learning.
